Happy New Year!

This year is going to be good. I can just feel it.

A few goals I have mentally prepared myself for are:
  • eating a cleaner diet
  • minimize my lifestyle
  • practice yoga on a daily basis
  • write and journal more often
  • work on my meditation (and concentration)
and the list goes on.

I've actually downloaded this app last week called "ColorNote" to help keep track of my daily and yearly goals. You can never have too many.This makes for a great checklist tool on the weekends as well when there's much to be done. 

I hope your New Year is off to a great start!
