An everyday morning/afternoon treat- tea time!

1 English Breakfast tea bag

1 splash of milk (or almond milk)

1 packet of raw sugar

1 cup of hot filtered water

1 minute steep time

mix together and enjoy!

I love tea time ♥ I usually drink tea with a chai mix of spice and a spoon of honey, so delicious :)

My current jam is a green tea / jasmine blend with a tiny bit of honey. It's a delightful pick-me-up, and a delicious treat.
