My director saw me using my hobonichi one day and asked why I didn't just use the office task calender on the computer. I explained to him how I much prefer paper planners and how they work better for me in staying organized. He nodded his head and said, "You're just like my wife. She's all into her 'paper stuff,' too."
A week later our shipment of office supplies came in. As my director was rummaging through the staplers, notepads, printer inks, etc, he picked up this green notebook and handed it over to me.
"Here. I came across this and thought that maybe you could use it somehow."
You could say that it was definitely the highlight of my day!
